What you'll do
- Build customer demonstrations, integrations, automations, and proof-of-value solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support strategic customer implementations
- Extend platform capabilities using APIs, SDKs, workflows, and cloud services
- Create reusable reference architectures, playbooks, and solution blueprints
- Identify customer needs and implementation gaps to inform product strategy
- Prototype concepts using AI technologies and AI-assisted development tools
