About the role
Bread Financial provides payment, lending, and savings products to consumers and businesses. The manager will lead India learning strategy, develop and deliver learning programs, manage local resources, and evaluate their effectiveness.
What you'll do
- Develop India site learning strategy with local and global teams
- Create learning plans and leadership development programs with business units
- Design and deliver onboarding, leadership, and other learning programs
- Train learning associates, subject experts, and business leaders
- Manage local learning resources and third-party training contracts
- Evaluate program results and update development initiatives
