• Design and deliver onboarding bootcamps for sales and operations hires
• Create role-specific onboarding journeys and on-the-job training plans
• Run refresher sessions, workshops, assessments, and sales simulations
• Coach frontline teams and train internal coaches and mentors
• Track training effectiveness and share performance dashboards
• Align learning programs with Sales and Operations leaders
