Manager – OTC Business Analysis-1

Diageo produces and sells alcoholic beverage brands in global markets. This role builds customer-spend reporting, reconciles SAP data, automates analysis, and presents insights to business leaders.

• Build dashboards for customer-spend performance, claims, ageing, and risk
• Extract and reconcile customer-spend data from SAP S/4HANA
• Automate data consolidation, cleansing, and reconciliation with Python
• Analyze claim rejections, processing delays, and spend variances
• Present quantified findings and recommendations to senior leaders
• Define reporting KPIs and support reporting-tool improvements
