About the role
Palo Alto Networks provides cybersecurity products and technical services that help customers protect their digital systems. You will lead a Network Security delivery pod, oversee customer engagements, coach engineers, and respond to delivery escalations.
What you'll do
- Oversee quality and timelines for customer services engagements
- Review network security designs and unblock implementation work
- Assign consultants to engagements based on skills and capacity
- Coach direct reports and manage hiring, onboarding, and performance
- Serve as a customer contact and resolve delivery escalations
- Partner with Sales and Solutions Consulting on scoping and estimates
