About the role
Riveron provides financial and operational advisory services throughout the mergers and acquisitions transaction lifecycle. The manager will lead due diligence engagements, analyze financial risks and opportunities, and coach junior team members.
What you'll do
- Analyze financial and tax issues related to M&A transactions
- Draft EBITDA tables and analyze working capital
- Lead management meetings for due diligence projects
- Identify gross margin, working capital, and synergy risks and opportunities
- Coordinate engagements throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Coach junior team members and provide performance feedback
