About the role
Celonis provides an enterprise process intelligence platform that helps organizations understand and improve business operations. You will lead Value Engineers, develop customer value across the lifecycle, and partner with sales and executives on enterprise outcomes.
What you'll do
- Lead and coach a team of 15–20 Value Engineers
- Own customer value across landing, adoption, expansion, and renewal
- Translate customer strategy into use cases and quantified business cases
- Sponsor strategic accounts and communicate realized value to executives
- Partner with sales to advance enterprise deals through value creation
- Recruit and develop talent while helping scale the India organization
