About the role
Renesas develops semiconductor solutions for automotive, consumer, and industrial applications, including battery management systems. This manager will lead an analog design team and guide integrated-circuit development from specification through evaluation and production ramp.
What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day work and design resources for the analog team
- Lead analog and power IC design from specification through tape-out
- Guide circuit-block layout, mixed-mode simulations, and lab evaluation
- Coordinate with verification, test, product, and application engineers
- Support test development and production ramp
- Visit customers to understand applications and system-level needs
