About the role
Fluence delivers energy storage technology, optimization software, and related services for renewable energy and power grids. The Operations EHS Lead will oversee environmental, health, and safety programs, audits, training, and incident follow-up across India operations.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain occupational EHS policies and programs for India operations
- Advise the Global Innovation Centre and India test lab on EHS matters
- Conduct audits, inspections, and evaluations at offices, labs, and project sites
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Deliver employee training on safe and compliant work practices
- Manage EHS corrective and preventive actions
