About the role
Nova Benefits works in employee benefits insurance and placements. You will manage insurer relationships, negotiate and analyse GMC, GPA, and GTL quotations, and drive placements from RFQ through closure.
What you'll do
- Own RFQs and placements for GMC, GPA, and GTL
- Build relationships with insurer underwriting and decision-making teams
- Source competitive quotations based on insurer appetite and risk
- Negotiate pricing, coverage, brokerage, and commercial terms
- Analyse quotations, exclusions, conditions, and underwriting assumptions
- Track market pricing and insurer underwriting trends
