About the role
Nova Benefits is an insurance brokerage building demand through marketing campaigns. You will own email and account-based campaigns, pipeline performance, marketing automation, and a small team of email specialists.
What you'll do
- Own MQL and SQL generation and campaign pipeline contribution
- Run nurture, lifecycle, transactional, and re-engagement email programs
- Build targeted account-based campaigns with Sales
- Measure email performance and revenue attribution
- Manage deliverability, compliance, and list hygiene
- Automate lead routing, enrichment, scoring, and campaign workflows
