About the role
Fractal Analytics builds a platform spanning backend, frontend, AI services, and cloud infrastructure, with integrations for HRMS and ATS products. The architect will lead platform design and evolution, guide engineering teams, and represent technical solutions in client discussions.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end platform architecture across services, applications, data, and cloud infrastructure
- Guide development of backend, frontend, and AI services
- Design integrations with third-party HRMS and ATS systems
- Represent engineering in client solutioning and integration discussions
- Establish observability, security, and CI/CD standards
- Mentor engineers and review major system designs
