About the role
GSK is a global biopharmaceutical company developing medicines and vaccines across several therapeutic areas. The Principal AI Product Manager will set AI priorities and strategy for Global Supply Chain, lead product managers, and guide high-value AI initiatives from opportunity selection through delivery and value measurement.
What you'll do
- Identify and rank AI opportunities by value, feasibility, and time-to-value
- Build business cases and define success metrics for AI initiatives
- Own the AI opportunity portfolio and make investment trade-offs
- Translate business needs into problem statements, prototypes, and delivery frameworks
- Lead and develop a team of product managers
- Measure deployment impact and share learnings through post-mortems
