About the role
Renesas develops semiconductor products for automotive, industrial, infrastructure and IoT markets. This individual contributor will lead end-to-end design and production of power management ICs, guide integration and silicon validation, and mentor junior engineers.
What you'll do
- Lead power management IC design from specifications through production
- Architect ICs and translate system requirements into block specifications
- Design and compensate control loops for switching converters
- Guide analog layout, integration, verification and silicon validation
- Debug silicon issues and correlate designs with silicon performance
- Mentor junior engineers and establish design flows and reviews
