Principal Engineer , SOC Architect

Renesas develops semiconductor products, including SoCs and MCUs, for automotive, industrial, infrastructure and IoT markets. You will define SoC/MCU architecture and guide product strategy, implementation and full lifecycle execution.

• Define SoC/MCU portfolio strategy and translate market needs into requirements
• Architect scalable platforms and evaluate technical and cost trade-offs
• Own SoC implementations against product quality, cost and schedule targets
• Lead IP selection and drive reuse across platforms
• Coordinate silicon development across design, verification, software, validation and test teams
• Mentor senior engineers and share lessons learned across programs
