About the role
AECOM provides infrastructure consulting and engineering services, including transmission and distribution project work. This engineer will lead substation protection and control design, review supplier designs, and guide engineering teams on global energy projects.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor protection and control engineers and technical specialists
- Develop substation protection and control diagrams, settings, and specifications
- Review supplier designs and calculations for high-voltage clients
- Conduct protection coordination studies and relay settings calculations
- Review design calculations and drawings for quality and compliance
- Coordinate project teams, client meetings, technical reports, and bids
