About the role
Eka Care builds AI-powered clinical workflow products, electronic medical records and personal health records. You will own AI product verticals, develop evaluation and safety systems, and deploy them with enterprise and government clients.
What you'll do
- Own product vision and roadmap for an AI vertical
- Partner with AI teams on models, prompts, retrieval and agent orchestration
- Define output quality measures and build evaluation systems
- Translate clinical problems into product behaviors, guardrails and safety gates
- Lead enterprise and government client engagements and define product metrics
