About the role
Eka.care builds healthcare products, including clinical documentation, electronic medical records, personal health records, and AI infrastructure. The Product Manager will shape agentic AI capabilities, define evaluation and safety systems, and lead client pilots and deployments.
What you'll do
- Own the product vision and roadmap for agentic AI capabilities
- Partner with AI teams on model selection, prompting, retrieval, and orchestration
- Build LLM-as-judge frameworks and evaluation rubrics
- Define agent behaviors, guardrails, and safety gates for clinical problems
- Scope enterprise and government use cases and run pilots
- Define and report product metrics to internal and client stakeholders
