About the role
JLL provides real estate and investment management services, including project and development services. The Planning Manager leads project teams and delivery, manages client relationships, and promotes JLL's services to prospective clients.
What you'll do
- Assemble and lead project teams and establish working procedures
- Set project objectives and allocate budgets to meet targets
- Monitor projects from pre-design through completion
- Negotiate and coordinate analyses and meetings with authorities
- Build client relationships and represent client interests throughout projects
- Promote JLL services to prospects, investors and landlord networks
