Quality Engineer

• Develop customer-centric hardware quality engagement models for strategic accounts
• Lead customer-facing hardware quality reviews and root cause discussions
• Coordinate corrective actions and customer communications across teams
• Direct field remediation and mitigation for high-impact network events
• Analyze quality data to identify issues and recommend long-term solutions
• Conduct customer site audits to address installation and operational challenges
