About the role
Cisco develops networking and data infrastructure products. This engineer will lead reliability planning, risk analysis, validation, and field performance work across product families.
What you'll do
- Lead reliability reviews and advise engineering and program teams on risk mitigation
- Assess materials, manufacturing, and historical field reliability risks
- Execute milestone-based reliability plans across product development
- Drive FMEA, derating analysis, and schematic modeling
- Plan reliability testing and failure analysis through product validation
- Monitor field reliability and lead sustaining quality programs
