Scimplify develops and manufactures specialty chemicals for industries including agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals and personal care. The chemist will conduct synthesis experiments, optimize processes and support analytical work and scale-up activities.

• Conduct laboratory-scale agrochemical synthesis
• Maintain experimental records and results in lab notebooks
• Assist with process optimization and reaction parameter studies
• Prepare samples and support analytical testing
• Coordinate scale-up trials and technology transfer
• Prepare reports and follow lab safety protocols
