About the role
Cisco builds technology that connects and protects organizations, including security solutions for digital infrastructure. This engineer will automate security monitoring, integrate telemetry and tools, and coordinate risk detection and remediation across applications, cloud environments, and endpoints.
What you'll do
- Design and automate continuous security monitoring across applications, cloud, and endpoints
- Translate security requirements into configuration baselines and monitoring controls
- Build integrations across security platforms and centralize telemetry
- Develop dashboards and tune monitoring rules to surface risks accurately
- Automate ticket routing, remediation validation, escalation, and closure
- Onboard high-risk applications and partner with owners to resolve findings
