About the role
Cisco develops technology that connects and secures organizations’ applications, infrastructure, and networks. This engineer will assess enterprise security risks, design and automate security controls, and help teams remediate vulnerabilities and respond to incidents.
What you'll do
- Assess security risks, vulnerabilities, and threats across enterprise systems
- Design and deploy security controls, tools, and processes
- Automate ACL checks, network policy reviews, and firewall rule analysis
- Coordinate remediation of identified risks across engineering and product teams
- Develop detection content and unit tests
- Review security architecture and contribute to product threat models
