About the role
Fluence delivers energy storage and optimization software and services for renewable energy and storage systems. The supervisor leads security analysts while handling complex cyber detection, threat hunting and incident response across IT and operational technology environments.
What you'll do
- Supervise analysts, assign work and coordinate shifts and on-call coverage
- Oversee threat detection, triage and incident response across IT, cloud and OT
- Maintain OT detection content, telemetry and incident response playbooks
- Coach analysts and review investigation quality and case escalations
- Coordinate risk-based remediation of OT vulnerabilities with engineering teams
