Senior Analyst, Rewards Operations

Diageo’s Global Reward Operations team supports global salary review, bonus, and long-term incentive processes. This analyst will manage reward-cycle data, corrections, reporting, compliance, and process improvements using Workday and related operational workflows.

• Maintain accurate data and reports for the Annual Reward Cycle
• Coordinate and track global reward data corrections and manual adjustments
• Review mass-upload data and support reward statement corrections
• Partner with HR, Reward, and data governance teams on data quality
• Monitor process compliance, controls, and audit trails
• Identify process improvements using reward and recognition data
