About the role
Cisco’s Global Ethics & Compliance organization supports ethical business practices and regulatory compliance across the company. You will advise APJC leadership, oversee compliance escalations and remediation, and improve regional compliance programs.
What you'll do
- Advise APJC leaders on compliance risks and mitigation strategies
- Interpret regional laws and guide teams on compliance requirements
- Review and negotiate ethics and compliance provisions in commercial agreements
- Lead remediation following compliance investigations and corrective action plans
- Design and deliver regional compliance training programs
- Lead compliance governance forums with business leaders and control functions
