Senior CS Enablement Program Manager

Zscaler provides a cloud security platform that protects customers from cyberattacks and data loss. You will own enablement roadmaps and deliver learning programs for a Customer Success audience, linking initiatives to business outcomes.

• Own an enablement roadmap aligned with the assigned Customer Success function's priorities
• Run stakeholder syncs and maintain relationships to keep roadmaps aligned
• Build business cases for enablement initiatives
• Coordinate onboarding and learning programs across functional teams
• Report how programs contribute to at least two business outcomes
