Senior DevOps Lead

Nreach's technology team operates infrastructure across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments. The DevOps Lead will set platform and security strategy, lead engineers, and oversee automation, reliability, and compliance.

• Define the DevOps, DevSecOps, and platform engineering roadmap
• Lead and mentor DevOps and SRE engineers
• Architect CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
• Set Kubernetes orchestration and hybrid workload strategy
• Embed security controls and oversee compliance readiness
• Establish reliability objectives and lead incident response
