About the role
The role supports delivery of Xoxoday's enterprise loyalty platform programs across cloud and on-premise environments. The project manager will plan and govern customer projects, coordinate teams, and oversee delivery from initiation through closure.
What you'll do
- Own enterprise loyalty projects from initiation through closure
- Define project scopes, plans, milestones, and dependencies
- Track project health across timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies
- Manage customer risks, issues, and escalations
- Coordinate delivery across product, engineering, and internal teams
- Standardize project governance, templates, workflows, and reporting
