About the role
Renesas develops semiconductor solutions for automotive, industrial, infrastructure and IoT markets. This engineer will design and verify digital blocks for power management ASICs, from micro-architecture and RTL through silicon debug and handoff.
What you'll do
- Develop micro-architectures and RTL for digital blocks in power management ASICs
- Define digital and analog boundaries and block design scope
- Lead clock domain crossing, synthesis, formal verification and timing analysis
- Develop verification plans, test cases and silicon debug analyses
- Support DFT implementation and digital handoff to placement and route
- Evaluate silicon area and power and document digital blocks
