About the role
Solventum develops healthcare solutions intended to improve lives and support healthcare professionals. You will provide technical expertise for global end-user hardware, asset management, troubleshooting and hardware lifecycle activities.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot hardware issues and perform root cause analysis
- Maintain accurate hardware asset management inventory
- Support global hardware catalog selection and hardware model testing
- Validate hardware specifications with internal customers
- Design and support global hardware solutions aligned with security standards
- Build vendor relationships and advise clients on technology solutions
