Senior Engineer, Analog Layout

Renesas develops semiconductor products for automotive, industrial, infrastructure and IoT markets, including power-management ICs. This engineer will design and verify analog layouts, improve layout methods and automation, and mentor junior layout engineers.

• Develop and review floor plans with designers and layout colleagues
• Apply layout techniques to improve matching, parasitics and yield
• Automate layout workflows using scripting
• Route and verify block and circuit-level layouts
• Mentor junior layout engineers on complex tasks
• Resolve CAD, PDK and process issues with engineering colleagues
