Senior Engineer - GaN New Product Development

Renesas develops semiconductor products for automotive, industrial, infrastructure and IoT markets. You will coordinate GaN product engineering lots, qualification and testing while analyzing results and resolving manufacturing or quality issues.

• Coordinate GaN engineering lots through wafer fabrication, assembly and testing
• Allocate materials for qualification and customer sampling plans
• Analyze test results and check compliance with design specifications
• Investigate performance, quality and yield issues
• Maintain project schedules and communicate status, risks and results
