About the role
SCIEX provides analytical instruments and support for life sciences research and diagnostics. You will install, repair, and maintain mass spectrometry and HPLC instruments and respond to customer service calls.
What you'll do
- Install, repair, and service mass spectrometry and HPLC instruments
- Diagnose system failures and determine effective solutions
- Escalate complex issues to technical support or quality reporting
- Respond to customer support calls within the assigned territory
