o9 provides AI-powered enterprise planning software for supply chain and retail operations. This consultant configures and supports planning solutions, validates workflows and data, and helps customers implement retail planning processes.
What you'll do
- Configure the o9 platform for post-go-live changes and enhancements
- Resolve customer issues and validate data loads and end-to-end workflows
- Identify design issues and coordinate solutions with other consultants
- Create and execute workflow and data analytics test cases
- Support training for super users and end users
- Share customer feedback with development and operations teams
