Senior IT Administrator (Night Shift)

ChargePoint operates an electric vehicle charging network with hardware, software and mobile solutions. You will administer enterprise IT platforms, resolve escalated issues, maintain devices and access, and automate operational tasks during US business hours.

• Administer enterprise platforms, user access, devices and compliance settings
• Resolve Tier 2 and Tier 3 identity, endpoint and SaaS issues
• Deploy software, operating system updates, patches and configuration changes
• Monitor system health and security alerts, and address issues proactively
• Automate routine administration and maintain runbooks and procedures
