ChargePoint provides electric vehicle charging hardware, software and network services. You will support customers and field representatives through station onboarding, deployment and activation.
What you'll do
- Handle inbound customer and field representative calls and chats
- Call customers to guide platform onboarding through activation
- Review sales orders and resolve missing deployment information
- Document case details and coordinate follow-up
- Support B2B clients through station deployment and activation
