About the role
Cogentiq I2C is Fractal's agentic AI platform for invoice-to-cash operations, deployed in client Azure environments. You will own and standardize platform deployments, manage client-environment incidents, and build repeatable deployment playbooks.
What you'll do
- Own deployment architecture from environment readiness through hypercare
- Set platform engineering standards for reliable, repeatable deployments
- Design shared utilities across data platforms and storage back ends
- Choose ingestion, checkpointing, retry, and alerting strategies
- Lead incident response and deliver post-incident playbook updates
- Coach junior Platform FDEs and review their deployment work
