About the role
Zscaler provides a cloud security platform that protects customers by securely connecting users, devices, and applications. You will transform global order-to-cash operations through automation, AI-enabled workflows, process standardization, and controls.
What you'll do
- Define the global order-to-cash vision and transformation roadmap
- Deploy automation and AI agents across billing, collections, and cash application
- Standardize order-to-cash processes and partner on systems roadmaps
- Build automated controls aligned with SOX and ASC 606 requirements
- Drive adoption across Sales Ops, Deal Desk, Accounting, Tax, and IT
