About the role

Scimplify develops and manufactures advanced materials, including materials for energy, life sciences and crop sciences. This role evaluates rare earth processing technologies, partners and feedstocks, and defines scalable processes and product quality standards.

What you'll do

Evaluate rare earth extraction, separation, purification and recovery processes
Assess technology partners, suppliers and processing facilities for technical risks and scalability
Review flowsheets, yields, recovery rates, impurity profiles and equipment requirements
Define product specifications, purity requirements, testing protocols and quality standards
Identify process improvements in recovery, purity, efficiency and resource utilization
Prepare technical feasibility assessments, reports and recommendations for management
