About the role
First Citizens India supports banking operations, risk management and technology for First Citizens BancShares. This role leads fraud data analysis, model development and model risk governance across digital and payment channels.
What you'll do
- Lead quantitative analyses to assess fraud risk and validate model performance
- Design, validate and monitor fraud detection models
- Oversee model governance, change management and issue remediation
- Present model findings and risk assessments to senior leaders and regulators
- Partner with stakeholders to guide fraud strategy and model decisions
