About the role
Hubinterior manages residential interior design and execution projects. This person will lead project teams and oversee multiple projects from initiation through client handover.
What you'll do
- Manage residential interior projects from initiation to handover
- Plan project timelines, manpower, materials, and execution activities
- Lead project managers, site supervisors, designers, and execution staff
- Monitor site progress, budgets, quality, and project risks
- Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors
- Track project performance and ensure timely snag closure and handover
