People and Culture Intern

HUB designs interior spaces and focuses on design innovation and detail. The intern will support recruiting, HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and HR reporting.

• Source and screen candidates and coordinate interviews
• Maintain hiring trackers, candidate databases, and talent pipelines
• Support onboarding, document verification, and employee records
• Track attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee lifecycle documents
• Maintain compliance and appraisal records and coordinate training
• Prepare reports and dashboards on recruitment and HR metrics
