People and Culture Executive

HUB designs interior spaces and experiences. The People and Culture Executive will support recruitment, HR operations, employee programs, compliance and HR reporting.

• Source candidates and coordinate interviews and follow-ups
• Maintain hiring trackers, talent pipelines and candidate databases
• Support onboarding, employee records and HR operations
• Assist with compliance documentation and performance records
• Coordinate training schedules and employee development initiatives
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards on workforce metrics
