• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Build talent pipelines and track recruitment metrics
• Complete onboarding and maintain employee records
• Support attendance, leave, payroll, and incentive processes
• Coordinate performance appraisals and learning initiatives
• Generate HR dashboards on headcount, attrition, and recruitment
