About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific develops scientific instruments for semiconductor, life sciences and materials research. You will lead automation platform development, integrate AI and LLM capabilities, and manage a team of automation engineers.

What you'll do

Design and maintain Python-based QA automation frameworks
Architect reusable BDD step libraries and UI automation mappings
Develop modules for BDD classification, data extraction and AI prompts
Integrate Azure OpenAI and LLM orchestration into automation workflows
Connect automation frameworks to CI/CD pipelines and release workflows
Mentor automation engineers and improve platform reliability and onboarding
