About the role
Apna operates a recruitment technology platform. The Senior QA Engineer will own product quality through manual and automated testing, AI evaluation, release validation, and production monitoring.
What you'll do
- Own quality strategy for assigned products and engineering teams
- Lead manual and automated testing across applications, APIs, services, and AI features
- Build and maintain Python-based automation frameworks
- Create test plans, scenarios, cases, and release-quality reports
- Evaluate AI outputs, RAG workflows, and LLM integrations
- Lead release validation, QA sign-off, and post-release monitoring
