• Own and improve the Change and Release Management operating model
• Govern change submissions and chair or oversee CAB meetings
• Assess risks, dependencies, conflicts, and business impacts for maintenance windows
• Lead bridge calls and escalations during maintenance activities
• Support audits and address change control non-compliance
• Coach team members and deliver change management training
