About the role
Dentsu's Merkle team builds Salesforce Data Cloud and marketing technology solutions for unified customer profiles and personalized experiences. This engineer will architect integrations and data workflows, guide developers, and support segmentation and journey orchestration.
What you'll do
- Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions
- Architect data models and ingestion pipelines for unified customer profiles
- Integrate Data Cloud with Marketing Cloud Personalization and other platforms
- Guide development teams in building reusable components and automation scripts
- Optimize data quality and performance while ensuring privacy compliance
- Troubleshoot data and integration issues across platforms
